Talent Analyst Intern
Mission: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Talent Analyst Intern to support our Talent team with data cleanup, reporting, and analytics projects. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in talent operations and analytics to gain hands-on experience with industry tools like ADP and Gem (ATS).
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
  • Assist in cleaning, validating, and organizing employee and candidate data in ADP and Gem
  • Build and optimize reports and dashboards to support Talent and recruiting operations
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and recommend solutions
  • Support the development of standardized reporting processes and templates
  • Collaborate with Talent teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and data analysis as needed
Ideal candidates have/are:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Talent Management, Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with Talent systems is a plus; experience with ADP or Gem is highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with confidential data and maintaining discretion

Compensation: The US pay range for our technical internships is $30-$50 / per hour. The pay range for our non-technical internships is $30-$40 / per hour. Compensation is determined by your location, skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks. This range is specific to roles in the United States, compensation for candidates outside the USA will be dependent on the local market.
