About The Job

As a Machine Learning / Signal Processing Engineer, you will be responsible for researching and developing algorithms capable of accurately detecting gunshots from audio and visual queues. This is an important part of how we detect and respond to emergency incidents.

Skills/experience:

  • Signal processing background (familiar with FFTs, DFTs and DTFTs, also FIR and IIR filters)

  • Neural Network experience (DNN, CNN, RNN)

  • Python

Nice to have:

  • Embedded systems experience

  • Speech recognition

  • C/C++

  • Experience working with/building Linux.

  • Statistical pattern processing background (Wiener filters, Support Vector Machines)
