The Role:

Join us in an exciting endeavor to revolutionize healthcare through your invaluable clinical experience, autonomous critical thinking, and collaborative skills. As a Medical Expert (Pediatric RN), you will serve as a vital clinical resource within your specialized area(s).

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about hosting informative and engaging Zoom calls on Pediatric care,, and contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in this crucial field. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to deliver sessions that offer comprehensive information and compassionate guidance on a wide range of medical topics related to pediatric care and issues.

The team consists of a diverse group of individuals with expertise in areas such as fertility, mental health, adoption, pregnancy, and many more. They have a passion for continuous learning and education with an evidence-based approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

Pediatric RN, BSNA minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care to pediatric patients in a primary care office setting

  • A minimum of 1 year as a Pediatric RN in hospital setting
  • Ability to discuss topics such as:
    • Understanding pediatric medical conditions, umbilical stump care, circumcision, jaundice, fevers, and more.
  • Superb active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
  • Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role)
  • Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
  • Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual skills is a bonus but not a requirement

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position will be $100 an hour. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
