What is Crossbeam ?

Crossbeam is the first and largest Ecosystem-Led Growth platform. We act as an escrow service for data, allowing companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. Companies use this data to sell more effectively, market to the right audiences, build the right products, collaborate with their service partners, generate demand, inform M&A, and more. This has created an entirely new way of doing business called “Ecosystem-Led Growth” or ELG—and it works: 40% of our customers' closed deals come from their ecosystem.

About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Recruiter to join our People team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, with a focus on hiring top-tier talent for both technical and go-to-market roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. A key member of a small-but-mighty People Team, this role is critical to helping Crossbeam scale its impact by bringing in exceptional new team members who align with our values and high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle hiring process from intake to offer for business-critical roles across GTM, product, engineering, and operations.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the skills, attributes, and success profiles of each open role.

  • Source and maintain a pipeline of top talent, leveraging your network, industry experience and the latest tools to attract high-quality, diverse talent—including passive candidates.

  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Own and maintain Crossbeam’s employer brand in partnership with People Ops leadership and content team.

  • Drive urgency and quality in the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, efficient process management, and thoughtful engagement throughout.

  • Leverage our modern tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to run efficient, data-informed recruiting pipelines.

  • Champion excellence in closing—crafting competitive offers and partnering with hiring managers to land top-tier candidates.

  • Integrate inclusion best practices throughout every stage of the process—from sourcing to interviewing to decision-making.

  • Stay curious about emerging trends, especially in AI and recruiting automation, and help Crossbeam experiment with future-forward tools and practices.

Must Haves

  • Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies

  • Strong experience hiring GTM and technical roles

  • A robust network of talent curated from the industry’s top companies, and a finger on the pulse of the tech talent landscape
  • A proven track record of closing top-tier talent with speed and precision

  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques

  • Strong AI literacy or curiosity—you’re keeping pace with what’s next

  • Clear communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a relentless focus on results
