We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us support our top-of-funnel efforts. You will report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with our Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Director of Strategy & Business Operations. Your focus will be connecting with leads to book demos for our Account Executives. To be successful you will learn about our industry, prospects, and value propositions. Your consultative approach with prospects will influence how they evaluate our offering and consider evolving their hiring.

You will:

  • Participate in high-volume strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and texting
  • Meet weekly activity (i.e., calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) and bookings targets
  • Write thoughtful, well-written emails and other outreach to prospects
  • Respond to inbound requests for demos with creative email communications
  • Contribute to our Demand Generation efforts and message testing
  • Maintain data cleanliness and activity record tracking in multiple systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and Google Documents)

This is a remote job and available to candidates with work privileges currently residing in the United States. To best serve our customer base, we are specifically interested in candidates available to work EST hours.

You have:

  • 1+ year of business or sales development, account management, or related experience
  • Company and contact research skills to inform communications
  • Strategic communication capabilities to craft compelling outreach to leads
  • Work authorization in your country of legal residence

We come to work every day with the mission of making opportunities more accessible and the recruiting process fairer for candidates. We're a remote-first company with linguists, engineers, and scientists working all across the United States. For candidates residing within the United States, anticipated base compensation is $40,000 - $50,000 USD, along with an uncapped incentive structure and equity. The On-Target-Earnings for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 / year with the ability for candidates to earn north of that through our uncapped incentive structure.
