Divebell is a SaaS platform which seamlessly integrates with databases, file stores, SaaS applications and other sources of structured and unstructured data within cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or customer’s data centers. Divebell applies sophisticated detection and classification techniques to accurately identify sensitive information in these repositories and users who have access to these datasets. Getting the maximum out of Divebell platform requires optimal tuning and configuration to generate fast and accurate results.
In this role you will be responsible for owning the customer relationships across multiple accounts. Key to this role is being able to understand and translate customer’s needs so that they can derive maximum value out of the Divebell platform. Being a young and fast growing company, experience dealing with early customers and nurturing those relationships is a big plus. The Customer Success Lead will play a key role in owning and managing the customer journey starting with onboarding, training, adoption and helping the customer scale the Divebell platform across their organization. You will be the very important Voice of the Customer when collaborating with engineering, product management, sales and marketing teams to ensure Divebell stays aligned with customer needs.
