DualBird is out to change how the world processes data — 15–100× faster, 50–90% cheaper, zero migration. We’ve been building in stealth with an exceptional engineering team from Amazon, Apple, and Nvidia.

We’ve built the tech. Now we need someone to make it impossible to miss. You won’t be “joining the marketing team.” You’ll be starting it.

This is our first marketing hire, the person who will set the tone, the look, and the playbook for how DualBird shows up. You’ll define the strategy, lead the execution and put DualBird in front of the people who can move our company forward.

What you’ll lead:



Strategy first

  • Shape our brand voice and messaging from scratch
  • Turn complex technical wins into clear, irresistible stories for customers, partners, and talent
  • Spot real-time opportunities to jump into conversations that matter (industry news, market shifts, competitive moments)
  • Define the channels, cadence, and creative style that will make us impossible to ignore
  • Build lightweight, repeatable systems so marketing scales without slowing down the team

Then execution

  • Publish and manage weekly content on LinkedIn (company + founder accounts)
  • Work with freelance writers and engineers to turn raw ideas into posts, blogs, and thought leadership
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities, events, and community engagements for founders
  • Manage and maintain our website (Webflow) and create/update assets in Canva or similar tools
  • Keep our content calendar and reporting simple, fast, and useful
  • Support website copy, decks, and collateral — including the “we needed it yesterday” requests
  • Create and maintain sales and business development materials (outreach decks, one-pagers, case studies, partner enablement content)

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Have 3–5 years in B2B tech marketing
  • Have experience in data infrastructure or related deep-tech domains
  • Can write clearly, edit ruthlessly, and adapt tone for different audiences
  • Are hands-on with Webflow, LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva (or similar design tools), and basic marketing automation tools
  • Know how to manage freelancers/agencies and get quality work out of them
  • Can move fast without needing daily supervision or a big budget
  • Love building systems, processes, and assets from zero — not just following a playbook
