The DubClub online ecosystem enables sports content creators and sports data providers (collectively termed “cappers”) to make more money with DubClub than anywhere else, while providing a superior experience of information delivery and advantageous interaction for subscribers of cappers.
For cappers: DubClub provides a member buyer network along with a suite of tools, which cappers collectively use to grow their business and reliably deliver their content to their DubClub subscribers.
For subscribers: DubClub offers the fastest content delivery (via push, Telegram, email, Discord) along with communities integrations and “capper discovery” to power a great user experience.
DubClub was founded by a team of Stanford football and baseball alumni who launched the company’s first product in October 2021. Since then, DubClub has scaled rapidly to hundreds of thousands of users (DubClub "members"), with millions in revenue generated by cappers through the platform. DubClub is backed with Series A funding from a leading Silicon Valley tech VC firm and a leading sports-focused tech VC firm out of New York.

The role
DubClub is seeking a reliable and proactive Weekend Support Specialist to join our team. Responsible for weekend support 3 weekends a month (16 hours a weekend)
This role involves providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our users during weekends. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong understanding of our services and platform.
The problems you will solve
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media (mainly X, formally twitter) ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform, including account access, subscription management, and usage difficulties.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
User Education: Provide clear and concise instructions to users on how to effectively use our platform and services.
Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and report recurring issues to the development team for continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of user interactions and support cases in our CRM system.
Shift Coordination: Collaborate with weekday support staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases and updates.

Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system in a customer-facing role.

1-4 years of experience on a high performing customer experience / support team
High growth, early stage software startup strongly preferred.
Experience with e-commerce, online marketplace, or consumer SaaS business model strongly preferred.
Compensation
$27-$32/hour
