Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of full-time software engineers to complete projects and tasks in support of key business objectives
- Develop and retain key personnel within the engineering organization
- Provide technical leadership at every stage of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Maintain a culture of professional excellence through coaching and behavior-modeling
- Telecommunicating permitted
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering (computer, mechatronics, etc.) or a related field
- 4 years of experience in software engineering
- Prior experience must include:
- 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2.5 years of experience building high availability, scalable systems
- 1 year of experience working on Identity and Access Management software and concepts
Must successfully pass a competency-based interview
Expected annual salary: $211,120 - $225,000
