About the Role:

We believe the differentiated B2B Enterprise products of the future drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional user experiences alongside B2B table stakes functionality. We're looking for an experienced product designer who can translate the flexibility and complexity needed for B2B Mid Market and Enterprise customers into an intuitive product.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product approach, driving design strategy, and delivering compelling designs that distill complicated use cases into easy-to-adopt solutions by our users. You will be responsible for driving the design process from ideation to implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create complex yet intuitive interfaces. You will leverage your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our company's vision and customer needs.

What you’ll be doing:

User-Centered Design:

  • Lead discovery efforts—from user interviews to usability testing—to uncover deep insights on user needs, pain points, behaviors, and motivations, informing impactful design decisions
  • Iterate on user-centered designs that address complex business workflows and meet both user requirements and business objectives
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interactions, optimized for enterprise-scale

Design Strategy and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align design with business goals, B2B user needs, and market trends; deliver compelling storytelling around product opportunities
  • Elevate the design maturity of the R&D organization, empowering engineers and product managers to support high-impact design work
  • Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders, building alignment and driving consensus

Design Systems and Standards:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products
  • Champion design best practices, accessibility, and usability across teams, fostering an environment of shared design principles
  • Continuously explore and integrate industry trends, new technologies, and cutting-edge design tools to advance the team’s design capabilities

What you should bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably within UX-focused B2B SaaS organizations
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, user-centered approach, and problem-solving skills (please include your portfolio password if applicable)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with experience in prototyping and usability testing methods
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles, especially as applied to complex business workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to present and articulate design concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering impactful and data-informed design solutions

Salary Range: $156,000 - $225,000
