We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Integration Consultant. You will be responsible for helping us achieve the full potential of the integrations we build and working alongside a global software development group, directly with our customers and our key technical partners within the recruiting, HR and payroll space. To succeed in this position, it is important to have a proven track record of integrations across multiple complex systems at scale and to provide guidance for future integrations and implementations. This role is essential to defining how we enable custom integrations thus enhancing our efficiency during and post-implementation and in turn, further elevating the customer experience.What you'll be doing:Own end-to-end delivery of third-party integrations, with a focus on HRIS and CRM systemsScope technical integrations in partnership with Solutions and Customer Success teamsLead complex data migrations and system imports/exports (ATS, CRM, HRIS, etc.)Build and configure integrations using middleware tools (e.g., Prismatic, Workato, Zapier)Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues and implement scalable solutionsCreate integration documentation and summaries for customers and internal teamsPartner with Engineering to shape the integration roadmap and product workflowsDefine rollout strategies and best practices for new and existing customer integrationsManage multiple concurrent integration projects from requirements gathering through launchCommunicate clearly with customers and executives, including during escalationsServe as a technical advisor for API-based, customer-led integrationsContinuously improve integration processes through internal and customer feedbackWhat you should bring:7+ years in sales engineering, solution consulting, technical implementation, or integrations within HR techExperience integrating with major HCM systems (e.g., SAP, UKG, Workday, Oracle, ADP)Strong expertise in APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecturesDeep understanding of system-to-system integrationsProven ability to manage complex technical projects in fast-paced environmentsExperience collaborating with developers and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with AI tools for operational efficiencyNice to have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with Workato, Zapier, Prismatic, or similar middlewareProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or PythonSQL and scripting experienceStartup and remote/international work experience
