Our platform team builds the critical systems that enable engineers and agents to ship dependable products at scale.What You’ll be Doing:- Ship platform capabilities across products; own performance/security/stability- Enhance agentic systems, including coding agents and observability tools- Lead architectural decisions; design reliable code, APIs, and contracts- Collaborate with product/engineering; work autonomously and own outcomesWhat you bring:- 5+ years backend-focused engineering; production systems shipped- Expert-level systems design; strong judgment for trade-offs and UX/APIs/code- LLM/agentic systems experience beyond consumer use- Initiative; thrive in ambiguity; excellent written communicationNice to have: Agent-consumable APIs; early-stage/startup experience; event-driven architectures/monorepos/observability.
