As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Fountain you will build relationships with some of the biggest brands in the world. You are a trusted advisor focused on driving mutually successful outcomes and delivering ROI.What you’ll be doing:- Manage 5–15 Enterprise accounts; develop clear roadmaps/account plans to drive growth and success- Support and enable customers with regular executive touchpoints; optimize product adoption and value- Represent the customer voice in product roadmap decisions; ensure customer wellbeing (health, adoption, KPI improvement)- Develop data-driven QBRs and account plans; provide best practices and recommendations- Be a strategic partner and change management champion for hiring/workforce management- Provide training and insights on optimizing usage; interact via email/Zoom; manage project plans, milestones, budgets- Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, engineering, marketing); lead team projects improving overall experience- Travel onsite for customer meetings 2-3x per quarterWhat you should bring: 8+ years in a customer-facing role (2+ in SaaS), preferably Enterprise; CS/AM background; strong project management; executive stakeholder management; detail-orientation and time management; familiarity with APIs/integrations; curiosity; strategic thinking; adaptability; quick learner of technologies/reporting; strong analytical skills (preferably Looker).How We Use AI on This Team: Use AI for meeting efficiency, project documentation, workstream visibility, data analysis, and knowledge management; comfort with AI-assisted workflows expected (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000K USD + bonus, depending on location and experience.
