We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity and turns ambiguity into clarity. Own end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product, partnering with Design, PM, Engineering, CS, and Data. Fully remote; requires 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time.What You'll Be Doing: Lead CRM design; design agentic-first experiences; translate complex workflows; conduct research; partner with PM/Eng; iterate rapidly; communicate via storytelling/prototypes/data; contribute to UI/UX design systems.What You Should Bring: 5+ years of product design in high-complexity B2B SaaS; exceptional interaction design/visual craft; expert in Figma; strong AI fluency (Claude, etc.); user research and validation; strong ownership and communication; time zone flexibility (6+ hours overlap with US PT).Nice to Have: Talent acquisition or CRM platform experience; building AI-readable design systems.Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 depending on location and experience.
