As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will set customers up for long-term success by managing the implementation process across Fountain’s products. You will drive adoption and customer value by overseeing project delivery, including configuration, QA, setup, education, and managing multiple projects while communicating clearly with non-technical audiences.
