About the role
You'll own and execute marketing and growth strategy for Latin America, driving user acquisition and revenue expansion across the region. This means building localized go-to-market campaigns tailored to regional languages (Spanish, Portuguese), cultural nuances, and digital behaviors while identifying and testing high-impact growth channels including social media, educational partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
As a Country Manager in the LATAM region, you'll launch strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration, analyze regional performance data and competitive dynamics to inform strategy, and represent Gamma at regional events, conferences, and media opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility. You'll bring deep cultural understanding of Latin American business environments and an entrepreneurial spirit with comfort navigating ambiguity.
This is a full-time contract role, remote and located in Latin America (Brazil preferred).
What you'll do

Identify and test high-impact growth channels including social media, educational partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives
Launch strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration
Analyze regional performance data, user behavior patterns, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and optimize growth funnels
Represent Gamma at regional events, conferences, and media opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility
What you'll bring
MBA or equivalent graduate degree with international exposure (recent graduates 0-3 years post-MBA with strong pre-MBA experience encouraged)
3-5 years of total professional experience in marketing, growth, business development, or strategy roles, ideally including exposure to LATAM markets
Deep cultural understanding of Latin American business environments, consumer behaviors, and regional market dynamics across multiple countries
Fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish required (ideally both); professional proficiency in English for collaboration with global team
Entrepreneurial spirit with comfort navigating ambiguity, moving quickly with limited resources, and testing unconventional approaches
Established network within LATAM tech, education, or startup communities that can accelerate partnerships and market access
