Mission:
Groq is redefining AI inference with our groundbreaking LPU, making AI faster, more efficient, and more accessible than ever before. We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Field & Partner Enablement to accelerate go-to-market success. This hire is responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for Groq by equipping strategic partners and direct field sales teams with narrative-aligned assets, tools, training, and proof points they need to boost their effectiveness and ultimately, revenue. This pivotal role operates at the intersection of product marketing, sales, partnerships, and overall GTM execution, directly influencing our growth and market impact.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, motivated to own and drive integrated sales and partner enablement programs from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in shaping Groq's partner ecosystem strategy and will be directly responsible for delivering measurable revenue impact through effective partnership initiatives.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
  • Launch and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners and field teams.
  • Build scalable co-marketing kits, funnel-oriented marketing assets, and persona-specific playbooks which scale across partners and sales geographies.
  • Develop and maintain pitch materials and solution narratives by vertical and use case.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs that boost field readiness.
  • Create and curate an enablement asset portal with guided navigation and usage analytics.
  • Lead win-loss analysis in partnership with RevOps to identify gaps and refine GTM motions.
  • Track and report campaign and enablement performance, ensuring data-driven iteration.
Ideal candidates have/are:
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or GTM strategy roles within high growth companies or products (AI/ML, cloud, or infrastructure preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record building and executing joint marketing and sales programs with ISVs, SIs, channel partners or other developer/partner audience types, including co-marketing, sales enablement, and pipeline attribution.
  • Deep experience collaborating with enterprise or adjacent sales teams to create repeatable motions, partner campaigns, and measurable field adoption.
  • Skilled in narrative development and translating technical differentiation into partner and sales ready messaging and assets.
  • Strong analytical capability to define KPIs, attribute partner-driven pipeline, and iterate based on performance data.
  • Comfort influencing senior stakeholders (Sales, Partner, Product, and Exec teams) to align priorities and secure investment.

Compensation:
At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. Determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location:
