Events & Partnerships Intern
Winter 2026 (January - April) Internship - full-time - hybrid in Bay Area preferred
Mission:
Our promise to customers, partners, and prompters is always and forever to make it real. This internship offers a chance to learn how industry partnerships and live activations fuel developer adoption and brand momentum. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting Groq’s presence at major industry events, conferences, and hackathons, helping us connect with developers, partners, and the broader AI community.
As an Events & Partnerships Intern, you’ll work with Groq’s marketing team to bring activations to life — from planning and logistics to on-site execution. You’ll also help scout and support partnerships that extend Groq’s reach across the ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing people together, and wants to be on the front lines of AI adoption.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
  • Support planning and execution of Groq activations at industry conferences, hackathons, and community events
  • Help coordinate event logistics, including signage, demos, collateral, and partner deliverables
  • Assist with on-site setup, engagement, and operations during events
  • Research partnership opportunities and help maintain partner tracking systems
  • Contribute ideas for creative, developer-friendly experiences that showcase Groq’s technology
  • Collect and organize feedback from events and activations to inform future strategy
Ideal candidates have/are:
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Interested in how developers discover and adopt new tools
  • Comfortable working with tools like Notion, Figma, Airtable, and basic analytics dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for experimentation and iteration
  • Passionate about AI, startups, and the builder community
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or able to work from Mountain View HQ
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, CA
Compensation: The US pay range for our technical internships is $30-$50 / per hour. The US pay range for our non-technical internships is $30-$40 / per hour. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience, country of internship and aligned with Groq’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. #LI-DNI
