As an Operations and Supply Chain Intern, you will have an opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that directly impact the hardware infrastructure of our AI systems. Here’s a sneak peek into the exciting, hands-on projects you’ll be contributing to:
1. System and Process Integration:
Gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes that power our operations. You’ll support the integration and optimization of systems used to manage inventory, logistics, and hardware planning. Your work will help ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and real-time visibility across the supply chain, contributing directly to smoother planning and execution.
2. Real-Time Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
Support day-to-day inventory control activities, including adjustments such as removing old serial numbers and adding new ones, ensuring accurate status updates, and managing transfers between sites (e.g., from staging to distribution centers). You’ll help coordinate shipments, ensure proper documentation for material movements, and verify that all transactions are accurately recorded.
3. Schedule Management
