Our Business Systems team is responsible for enhancing Sales and Customer Support productivity at Human Interest through strategic partnership, systems stewardship and operational excellence. What you get to do every day

• You will focus on delivering projects and incremental improvements for our internal stakeholders to help our business and their processes run smoothly.
• Own the solution design, implementation and delivery of projects and incremental changes.
• Identify areas of improvement via systems enhancements and/or automation.
• Leverage Salesforce programmatic coding tools - Apex classes, triggers, LWC, aura components
• Troubleshoot Errors related to Apex coding

What you bring to the role

• 2 - 5 years of Salesforce Developer experience for Sales Systems, Customer Success Systems or similar
• Strong Experience with native programmatic functionality, Apex , VF, Aura components, LWC
• Experience with API Rest/Soap Integrations a plus
• Salesforce Developer certification a plus

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans from a minimum of $108,780 in our lowest geographic region to a maximum of $178,875 in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered.
