Ivo is rapidly expanding across global markets, and our events program is a major driver of that growth — attracting top Fortune 500 companies through our presence at national and international conferences.
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Events Marketing Manager to help scale our event strategy and execution. Partnering closely with the Events Marketing Manager, you'll own key workstreams across a dynamic calendar of 100+ events in 2026 - from high-energy user conferences to exclusive, invite-only customer experiences.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage complex event logistics, and wants their work to directly influence pipeline, brand, and customer relationships at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI.

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Events Marketing Manager to help scale our event strategy and execution. Partnering closely with the Events Marketing Manager, you'll own key workstreams across a dynamic calendar of 100+ events in 2026 - from high-energy user conferences to exclusive, invite-only customer experiences.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of select events, including trade shows, conferences, and partner activations
- Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and social channels
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, shipping, booth design and setup, and on-site logistics
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and customer success to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand experience
- Drive post-event follow-up workflows, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis to measure event ROI and inform future strategy
- Capture and produce content, photos, and insights from events to amplify Ivo's brand across channels
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping scale the events function as the program grows
- 2–5 years of experience in events marketing, field marketing, or a related B2B
- Proven track record of independently managing the logistics and execution of
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable measuring event impact and using insights
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bonus: experience working with Fortune 500 clients or in a high-growth startup environment
- Competitive Compensation: The USD OTE range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 (+equity would be on top of this). Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.
