About the Role

We’re building advanced robotic systems designed to operate in warehouse and logistics environments and we’re looking for a world-class UX Full Stack Engineer to bring the human side of that technology to life.

You’ll own the entire user experience, from defining and designing key human-robot interfaces to implementing them in production using React and Python. There is no separate design team, you are the UX designer and the engineer. You’ll help carve out how humans interact with our robots in real-world settings, and play a critical role in making complex systems feel intuitive and usable.

If you’re not a standout in both React and Python, this role is not for you. We’re looking for someone who can move fast, think deeply about interaction, and write elegant code across the stack.

What You’ll Do

• Define, design, and build the human-facing interfaces to our robotic systems.
• Lead development of all front-end code using React (JavaScript).You’ll set the standards here.
• Write robust, production-quality Python for back-end APIs, automation tasks, and internal tooling.
• Develop dashboards, control panels, calibration workflows, and robot status interfaces.
• Work with management to identify key company KPIs, write backend and frontend code to collect, process, and present this data in clear, actionable dashboards.
• Work closely with robotics engineers to understand system capabilities and shape usable, efficient touchpoints.
• Take ownership of our GUI architecture, evaluate and establish the right framework and design approach for building reliable, scalable interfaces.
• Prototype rapidly, iterate often, and own features end-to-end from sketch to deployment.

You Must Have

• Expert-level React (JavaScript). Strong fundamentals, performance tuning, UI architecture, and visual polish.
• Proficient Python development skills. Comfortable writing back-end services and automation scripts.
• UX design intuition. Able to design and implement clean user flows without handoff.
• Experience building and owning full-stack features in real-world applications.
• A desire to work on physical systems and understand how users interact with robots in industrial environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.
• Familiarity with ROS or robotic systems (not required, but a plus).
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, or human-machine interface design.
