What would you be doing?

You will have a unique opportunity to join us as our first Legal Counsel and will have ownership over defining and expanding the role. Your role will be varied with opportunities to specialize into certain areas as the company grows and matures.

• Work closely with our engineers to improve the outputs of our models

• Implement (and oversee the implementation of) “Playbooks” for our customers derived from their precedents, templates, and historical agreements. You will need to work closely and directly with our clients

• Help guide our product roadmap

Compensation

• Pay range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

• Generous equity

• Medical coverage is 100% for employees and dependents
