Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, seasoned Marketing Operations pro to own our demand generation efforts and scale our entire funnel lifecycle. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and play a critical role in shaping and driving our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for building data-driven demand generation campaigns to engage enterprise clients and support our sales team’s efforts to grow our customer base. From top-of-funnel awareness to conversion, you’ll develop and optimize campaigns that clearly communicate the value of our technology to key decision-makers. You’ll lead a mix of inbound and outbound strategies, working closely with sales, product, and customer success to fuel growth and as we establish ourselves as the leader in the AI Contract Review space.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute scaled enterprise demand generation and customer marketing campaigns/initiatives to drive meaningful pipeline growth and expansion opportunities.
Own and optimize overall Marketing spend allocation and ROI.
Develop and optimize overall lead flow (MQL/SQL) tracking and reporting.
Own and accountable for growth forecasting and overall pipeline metrics.
Own, optimize, and maintain Marketing tech stack and performance.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in B2B (preferably enterprise) Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Demand Generation.
5-7 years of experience with Marketing Automation, CRMs, and tracking tools (CAC, CPC/CPM, MAU etc. ).
2-4 years of experience in Marketing team building and/or management.
Previously/currently own multi-million dollar marketing spend budgets.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
