Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations pro to drive efficiency and performance across the sales and customer lifecycle, ensuring processes are streamlined and supported by accurate data. You will be pivotal in managing Salesforce, forecasting revenue, and providing actionable insights to the sales leadership. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure lead-to-sales alignment, but your primary focus will be on GTM operations, pipeline health, and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights. Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.

  • Own quota design and setting, territory design, pipeline structure and measurement, sales process, KPI design and visualization across the revenue organization – pre-sale to post sale.

  • Oversee forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline - track progress, pinpoint trends, and fine-tune conversion rates.

  • Develop and implement processes and tools, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall revenue performance.

  • Drive the org’s planning process to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B (preferably enterprise) Sales/Revenue Operations.

  • 5-7 years of experience with GTM tech stack including SFDC (required), sales efficiency tools, and customer lifecycle management tools.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations team building and/or management.

  • Previously/currently responsible for fast-growing multi-million dollar quotas

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Can I work remotely?
