About you

You will thrive at this job if you can relate to the following:

• You are a T-shaped engineer. Nothing intimidates you and you’re able to work on anything while being an expert in certain things.
• Have a strong bias towards action, and know how to strike a balance between execution and deliberation.
• Cares about the impact of your work and are able to make technical decisions keeping the end user in mind.
• You enjoy making technical design decisions, following best practices for design and coding, and keeping up to date on latest trends in tech.
• Shares knowledge by writing documentation, and is concerned about maintainability of code or systems.

Basic Requirements

• Experienced in working with teams and shipping software using standard engineering practices. Expect around 8+ years of experience.
• We understand you can’t be an expert in all areas, but require you to be familiar with infrastructure, backend and frontend technologies.
• Understand timelines and are able to deliver results iteratively.

Preferred Requirements

• Worked in a similar role or startup, navigating a fast paced environment.
• Led teams or mentored engineers, and collaboratively shipped impactful products.
• Helped shape the roadmaps of products.
