Loft is searching for a Product Operations Manager to help us raise the bar for how we develop new features for our products.
The Product Operations team connects strategy to execution by creating alignment up, down, and across the company. You’ll work closely with the Product Managers, product engineering teams, and solutions teams to define how we build things efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have experience building and operationalizing end-to-end product processes.
You’ll bring an excitement for Loft’s mission, a commitment to quality, and a track record of establishing relationships across teams.
About this Role:
- Establish consistency in our tooling, processes, and automation to enhance the product development lifecycle.
- Support product and program planning that relies on multi-team and multi-product line development; partner with technical program managers to define and execute processes tailored to their teams.
- Work across teams to develop processes and standards for tracking how implementation work contributes to Loft’s overall Product roadmap.
- Develop and manage the process for communicating Product requirements to the teams responsible for implementation.
- Develop the models, analytics, and reports we need to see insights about our product development processes to support quarterly and yearly planning.
- Influence senior stakeholders by turning support and operational insights into clear, data-driven narratives that inform product and business decisions.
- Own the feature request and feedback management process: intake, triage, tracking, and resolution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and CS.
Must Haves:
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of building processes and programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them thoughtfully
- Experience in product management or working closely with product teams
- A bias for action and autonomy in your day-to-day work
- Proficient using and configuring Atlassian systems (Jira and Confluence)
- Knowledge of both hardware and software development lifecycles
- Willing to travel to other Loft offices

130000 - 170000 USD a year
State law requires us to tell you the base compensation range for this role, which is $130,000- $170,000 per year in Colorado. This is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we evaluate individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
