About the Role
Become an AI expert and help our customers use Orbital to grow faster! We’re hiring a rockstar, Customer Success Lead to onboard and support our new customers. You will be the primary point of contact for many of our largest US-based customers.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with our founders and team on the following:
Onboarding: Teach our customers the ins and outs of Orbital, ensuring they see value delivered within their first 14 days.
Build AI Workflows: Use our no-code platform to build and tune custom AI agents that help customers track custom signals.
Strategic Partner: Help customers strategize how to best use Orbital for their sales and marketing teams.
Customer Growth and Retention: Monitor health signals, resolve issues quickly, and build strong relationships that lead to renewals and expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Customer Communication: 2 - 6 years experience in a client or customer-facing role like consulting, sales, or customer success. Bonus points if you have experience with US-based customers.
Hustle / Scrappiness: You’re willing to do whatever you need to do to get the job done for the customer.
Technical Competency: You are comfortable building custom workflows for our customers using our low-code interface. Bonus points for coding experience.
Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss details – whether it’s capturing all action items from a meeting or formatting a spreadsheet.
Strategic Thinking: Able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and advise them on the best way to leverage Orbital to achieve their business goals.
Schedule: Able to partially overlap with US time-zones to make meetings with customers.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is a quick learner and is ready to hustle to make our customers successful.
