About the Role

Shape the future of AI-powered sales tools! We're hiring a Senior Designer who can grow into our Head of Design over the next 1-5 years. You'll be the design voice for Orbital, crafting intuitive experiences that make complex AI workflows feel simple for our enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our founders and team on the following:

• Product Design Leadership: Own end-to-end design for our AI agent platform, from conceptual workflows to pixel-perfect interfaces

• Design System Architecture: Build and maintain a scalable design system that grows with our product suite (Web Platform, Chrome Extension, Workflow Orchestration, Data Management)

• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, and post-sales to ship features that delight users as well as drive the product/sales feedback loops

• User Research & Testing: Understand core user problems and workflows by collaborating across teams, conducting interviews, conduct testing, and do analysis to inform design decisions

• Brand Evolution: Help evolve our visual identity and ensure consistency across all customer touch points

What We're Looking For

• Design Excellence: 3-10+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or enterprise software design

• Systems Thinking: Experience building design systems and working with complex, data-heavy interfaces

• Technical Fluency: Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical constraints. Bonus points for experience designing next-gen AI/ML products

• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to mentor others and drive design culture within an organization

• User Obsession: Deep empathy for users and ability to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences

• Schedule: Able to partially overlap with US time-zones for key design reviews and stakeholder meetings
