Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior User Experience Designer located in Hyderabad. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative designs, conducting user research to inform design decisions, creating wireframes, crafting prototypes, and refining the visual and interactive elements of designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, will ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered design approach
• Experience conducting and analyzing User Research
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping
• Expertise in Visual Design principles and practices
• Ability to translate user needs into innovative and functional design solutions
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Experience working in agile environments is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of product design experience

• Deep expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and design systems

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments

• Fluency with Figma and modern design collaboration workflows

• Strong product thinking, user empathy, and decision-making under ambiguity

• Experience in B2B SaaS, data-heavy products, or AI-driven platforms is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills
