About the Role

We’re looking for a technically strong Solutions Architect to work directly with our team and customers to design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows on Orbital. You’ll combine deep technical skills with problem-solving to deliver real business impact.

What You'll Do

• AI agents that crawl websites and classify businesses across industries, specializations, and revenue tiers
• Technographics detection systems that identify software stacks from web presence across 4,000+ known technologies
• Data enrichment waterfall pipelines with deduplication, scoring, and fallback logic across multiple data providers
• Classification systems that segment businesses (e.g., general contractor vs. subcontractor, franchise vs. independent, chain vs. local)
• Workflow automations connecting CRMs, data sources, and AI models into end-to-end pipelines
• Custom AI agents for customers — scoping the problem on a call, then designing and shipping the solution

Must Haves

• 3+ years Python in production environments (not just scripts or notebooks)
• Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent)
• Multi-source data pipeline design — deduplication, scoring, waterfall/fallback logic
• Strong SQL and data modeling — you define the schemas, not just query them
• Systems thinking — can whiteboard how 8+ services interact before anyone writes code
• Comfort on customer calls diagnosing problems and proposing technical solutions
• Willingness to work overlapping hours with US EST

Nice to Have

• Experience with sales intelligence, B2B data enrichment, or CRM systems
• Familiarity with Clay, n8n, or similar workflow/automation platforms
• Snowflake, BigQuery, or ClickHouse experience
• Google Maps/Places API, web scraping, or crawling at scale
• AI agent design in production — not just prototypes
