We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and implementing demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role is pivotal in generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Develop and optimize lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

  • Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, including email workflows, content offers, and retargeting campaigns.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to execute and manage campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Web team to ensure SEO and Website UX is delivering against pipeline objective

Digital Demand Gen Strategy & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the content team and PMM to develop and activate content in our digital channels to hit demand targets.

  • Ensure digital strategy aligns with buyer personas and addresses the different stages of the buyer's journey

  • Design multi-channel, always on campaigns as well as more targeted campaigns that align with FMM/Sales team programs Develop with FMM and manage the demand generation calendar to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns

  • Drive a mix of TOF Demand Gen creation activities including: Webinars / Webcasts, Videos, Content Syndication, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Ads, etc to drive traffic to our website and increase inbound conversions

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize learnings for emails, landing pages, content and digital programs

Budget and Project Management:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign spend, and business contribution against KPI’s to optimize ROI.

  • Oversee cross-functional teams to drive collaboration. Use Asana for daily task management and project deliverables tracking.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and sales teams to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.

Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Work closely with FMM, SDRs and sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, target audiences, and qualification criteria.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and analytics, to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or SaaS industries.

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
