As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Reputation, you will be at the forefront of our web application development efforts. Your deep technical knowledge and leadership abilities will drive the design, development, and optimization of our frontend systems. This role is well-suited for candidates who are passionate about frontend technology and eager to guide and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design and implement advanced frontend solutions using frontend technologies
Serve as a technical expert in Frontend development, driving excellence in technical solutions
Understand requirements, design and implement solutions, and deliver high-quality work, while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Actively contribute to architectural decisions, leveraging expertise to shape the technical direction of projects.
Provide valuable technical guidance to the frontend team, ensuring that design and implementation align with industry best practices.
Proactively engage in production support activities, contributing to the stability and reliability of the software systems.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams by communicating with precision and clarity, both within the team and with stakeholders.
Foster innovation and advance technical capabilities by continuously improving current technology and implementing new approaches to complex issues.
Mentor junior team members within your area of expertise, enhancing their productivity, and actively participate in staff recruiting
Qualifications:
6 to 9 years of experience in Software Development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Advanced technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, Typescript/JavaScript, frameworks such as React and exposure to micro frontend architecture. Angular experience is a plus.
Proven track record of leading successful frontend projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Rapidly adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies, ensuring the ability to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring the highest level of quality.
Organized and analytical with the ability to work well under pressure.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, effectively tackling complex technical challenges.
Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity, welcome new ideas, and readily adjust plans to accommodate evolving requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills complemented by a receptive attitude toward regular feedback, supervision, and support from senior and lead developers
