About the role:

As a Senior Account Executive - West, you will be an instrumental part of our go-to-market team, focused on generating and closing direct business. You will work closely with marketing and alliances leadership to support overall growth of the business. Please note that we are currently only able to consider US based candidates from major West Coast or Mountain state cities such as Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, Los Angeles, Denver, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix.

    What you will do:

      • Own all new business across the West Coast, from prospecting to close.
      • Build and manage your book of business through high-volume outbound, inbound leads, and partner channels (VARs, MSPs, resellers).
      • Execute full-cycle sales: discovery, demo (with sales engineering support), proposal, and negotiation with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
      • Sell directly to security, IT, and compliance leaders—including CIOs and CISOs.
      • Partner with Marketing and Engineering to shape deals, improve messaging, and accelerate adoption.
      • Keep your pipeline clean and current in HubSpot CRM—you’ll own your numbers and results.
      • Travel occasionally for customer meetings, corporate events, and field marketing activities (you will have your own quarterly, field budget).

      Successful candidates will have:

      • 5+ years of consistent B2B SaaS AE experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota ($500K–$1M+ ARR).
      • Proven success in early-stage startups (Series A–C, pre-IPO, or pre-acquisition) or prior experience founding or scaling a business.
      • Background in cybersecurity (CASB/SASE, network, or endpoint security), AI, or compliance tech preferred.
      • Strong hunter mentality—you’re comfortable running your own outbound motions, not waiting for leads.
      • Past SDR or heavy-prospecting experience preferred.
      • Comfort operating with autonomy and accountability.
      • Based in a major West Coast or Mountain state city: Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, Los Angeles, Denver, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix (requirement).
