Account & Campaign Strategy Executive

Summary

Looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to delve into the dynamic realm of influencer marketing. This candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal abilities, thrives in an organized environment, adapts to client needs, and takes pride in assuming ownership of their role. In this role, responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing positive brand relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, building proposals, as well as supporting campaign execution and strategy oversight to maintain alignment with brand goals.

Essential Functions

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, gaining an understanding of their businesses and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Assume responsibility for managing the sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities for renewal of services to existing clients by reviewing performance and pitching new ideas
  • Qualify client leads, working closely with the marketing and operations team
  • Communicate directly with brands through calls, emails, and/or slack
  • Prepare and deliver strategic proposals to prospective clients
  • Provide marketing input for our Campaign Management and Content Production teams
  • Set the campaign structure through Airtable to enable our execution workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of performance, brand, or influencer marketing experience
  • 3+ years of account executive experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Goal driven
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
