Content Production Associate

Summary

As a Content Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with Campaign Managers and creators to execute successful campaigns. Content Production Associates are responsible for managing communication with creators and their managers, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of content produced.

Essential Functions

• Communication and Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact between Ubiquitous and creators/managers. Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the campaign process.
• Content Concept Collection: Gather concepts and ideas to be used for content. Collaborate with creators to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on content directly with creators, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, messaging consistency, and overall quality standards.
• Collaboration with Campaign Managers: Work closely with Campaign Managers to provide regular updates on campaign progress, content delivery timelines, and any issues or challenges encountered.
• Email Communication: Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently, both internally and externally, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service skills when interacting with creators, managers, and internal team members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
