About the Role

Vidyard is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth & Demand Generation, you'll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing integrated pipeline programs that drive qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue growth across the full buyer journey.

We believe this role is perfect for someone looking to own meaningful pipeline impact in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment while working with cutting-edge marketing technology and AI-powered tools. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about demand generation, energized by data and optimization, and excited to test new channels, tactics, and growth strategies that directly influence business outcomes.

As part of a company that’s building AI-enabled products, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to enhance their own work and accelerate outcomes. You’ll be part of a culture that values experimentation, continuous learning, and finding smarter ways to solve problems.

This is a remote-first role open to candidates located in Canada.

About the Team

Our Demand Generation team is a cross-functional group of high-performing marketers aligned around driving scalable, predictable growth. The team includes roles across content, lifecycle, performance, demand, automation, and growth, all working together to solve complex growth challenges.

Together, we are responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue by building and optimizing full-funnel demand programs. We do this through sprint-based execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous experimentation across organic and paid channels. The team thrives on problem-solving, enjoys digging into performance data and reports, and adapts quickly to changing priorities in an evolving digital marketing landscape.

What You’ll Work On

Pipeline Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, events, and digital channels to drive qualified pipeline
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns that move prospects through the funnel from awareness to MQL to SQL to SQO
  • Develop and manage campaign frameworks that align to buyer stages, ICP targeting, pipeline generation goals, and efficiency metrics

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute demand campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic channels, working with agencies and internal teams on targeting, creative, and budget allocation
  • Build and optimize nurture programs and email campaigns that accelerate pipeline progression and re-engage stalled opportunities
  • Manage webinar, content, and event programs end-to-end from promotion to follow-up, ensuring strong registration-to-pipeline conversion
  • Optimize campaign performance and conversion through continuous A/B testing of messaging, offers, landing pages, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to translate positioning, messaging, and thought leadership into high-converting campaign assets and demand gen programs

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Own demand generation metrics including MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, pipeline generated, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROI by channel and campaign, and pipeline-to-revenue ratios
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Metabase, or similar platforms to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, forecast attainment, and business impact
  • Conduct regular campaign performance reviews to identify what's working, what's not, and where to optimize and reallocate resources for maximum pipeline impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Initiatives

  • Work closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals, lead quality standards, priorities, and opportunity acceleration tactics
  • Collaborate with Content, Brand, Sales, and Partnerships on integrated programs that maximize reach, engagement, and pipeline impact
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives with targeted demand programs that drive awareness and early pipeline
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, creative testing, and reporting workflows – driving innovation and delivering high-quality results at scale
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into demand workflows and processes, enabling smarter, faster, and more scalable campaign execution and optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and executing multi-channel demand programs that generate qualified opportunities and contribute to revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B funnel, lead lifecycle management, and how marketing activities translate to pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution across paid media, email marketing, content programs, content syndication, webinars, and events

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Advanced analytics capabilities with experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, GA4, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of demand generation metrics: MQL/SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROI, and pipeline-to-revenue ratios
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM management
  • Working knowledge of attribution models, tracking setup (Google Tag Manager), and campaign measurement infrastructure
