What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the work of the technology department to help support Zefr’s best-of-breed contextual predictions across multiple platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Foster collaboration between engineers, Zefr product squads, and other business units
• Support optimizing our Jira implementation to leverage additional tooling like GitHub automation
• Communicate with stakeholders on teams’ behalf
• Champion and evangelize all the work that the technology team does, both through internal processes and external documentation.
• Bring a ruthless mentality to prioritization and making tactical trade-offs

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in project management at a technology company
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• An established track record of working with highly technical individuals
• Professional experience with rigorous project management tools, processes, frameworks, and templates
• Ability to hold teams accountable to their deadlines and goals
• Experience with strategic portfolio management software is a plus
• Self driven and comfortable working on their own
• Metrics driven approach to project management
• Willingness to jump in and solve hard problems with intense curiosity
• Expert level experience configuring and optimizing Jira
• Preferred experience working with Product Board

Compensation (for US based employees):

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
