What we do:
Zefr is the leader in AI-powered content classifications for brands and advertisers. Zefr’s platform is purpose built for multi-modal content understanding on open platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta and Snap, with pre-bid activation and verification solutions. Our products safeguard media and AI investments, while maximizing performance and efficacy on those channels.
Headquartered in Los Angeles with global offices across New York, Chicago, London, Toronto, Singapore, and more, Zefr is redefining what trust and transparency means for social media in the age of AI.
What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an Agentic Engineer to bring cutting-edge AI into ZEFR’s internal operations and go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll combine full-stack engineering, cloud expertise, and data engineering with the latest in agentic AI to create internal solutions that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and smarter decision-making.
This is a builder’s role. You’ll work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, partnering across sales, customer success, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and ship production-ready tools that make an immediate impact.
Design and build full-stack AI solutions (front-end, back-end, and integrations) to support GTM and internal teams.
Develop agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows (e.g., pipeline forecasting, knowledge retrieval, reporting, customer engagement).
Engineer data pipelines and integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker, Jira, Slack, etc.).
Leverage GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure to deploy scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value problems, then rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions.
Apply data engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, accessible, and actionable data across business functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and operations to evangelize internal AI adoption and best practices.
Thrive in a scrappy, startup-style environment: experiment, learn fast, and deliver impact without waiting for perfect conditions.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years’ full-stack engineering experience (with Python, Java, Go, or similar).
Hands-on cloud experience (AWS or GCP) with services for compute, data, and AI/ML.
Proven skills in data engineering (ETL pipelines, APIs, SQL/NoSQL, data warehouses like BigQuery/Redshift).
Experience with AI agents, LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to ship production-ready internal tools or SaaS integrations.
Strong problem-solver who can translate messy business requirements into clean technical solutions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity—comfortable experimenting and iterating in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:
Background in go-to-market engineering, revenue operations, or sales engineering.
Knowledge of business process automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration tools.
Experience in adtech, martech, or data-driven SaaS environments.
Contributions to open-source projects in AI/ML, data, or dev tools.
Benefits:
At Zefr, we embrace a flexible work environment that empowers our team to do their best work—whether that’s from home, a favorite local spot, or our vibrant London office. While remote work is supported, we also value in-person connection and collaboration. Our team regularly comes together in our office space for brainstorming sessions, team-building, and shared moments that spark creativity and strengthen our culture.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
