What you’ll do:

We are hiring a new Sales Manager for our London team and are looking for an individual to grow and build UK agency relationships, supporting the growth of Zefr’s AI powered YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Snap solutions. We are in an extremely exciting period of our EMEA market expansion and are looking for a highly motivated, high achieving sales person to join our growing UK sales team. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of the UK media agency landscape and have existing relationships within Omnicom (including IPG), with an entrepreneurial mindset for building a pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect/grow revenue against a defined account list from ad media agency patch, building a deep understanding of the client’s organisation, needs and revenue potential.

  • Develop and maintain agency relationships at all levels of an account with a focus on planning and buying teams responsible for YouTube and Social campaigns.

  • Deliver holistic account coverage and drive Zefr adoption across YouTube and Social

  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals in accordance to the sales plan

  • Provide ongoing sales activity reporting and analysis for accurate revenue forecasting

  • Reporting into the EMEA Sales Director and working together on revenue forecasting, sales planning and sales strategy

  • Represent Zefr in the industry via conference attendance and active participation with the relevant organisations to increase brand awareness and drive new leads and client engagements

Your background would likely include:

  • Minimum of 3+ years digital media sales experience

  • Passion for digital advertising and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Experience selling programmatic and digital video is preferred

  • Self-starter with a track record of prospecting and closing new business

  • Existing agency relationships within Omnicom and/or IPG

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in front of a client a must

  • Ability to travel to attend team/client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry events

Compensation:

The anticipated total on target earnings (OTE) for this position is between £72,000 and £87,000 GBP. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
