Overview: The Employee Success Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks in order to help scale Tulip’s people and culture initiatives. The Coordinator will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by playing a key role in onboarding, systems administration, improving policies and processes, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Employee Success processes in all areas of the organization
- Manage day to day Employee Success operations through BambooHR
- Administer employee perks and benefit plans
- Facilitate the onboarding process and new hire orientations
- Maintain and update internal ES documentation
- Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries/requests and provide assistance
- Maintain employee records and ensure changes are communicated to relevant departments and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal meetings and events
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal security processes and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR coordinator or a relevant HR/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using Microsoft/Google Suite of products, databases and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Well organized with a skill in time management
