The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager II - Payables Contributions and Systems (Remote - USA / CANADA)

Do you love tackling complex and technically challenging problems? Are you a self-starter who is energized by solving problems for the customer? Do you have an entrepreneurial calling to create new products, and have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done? Is who you work with as important to you as what you work on? Then this is the role for you.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to help Wrapbook scale and grow in one of our core product areas! This person must have hands-on experience leading a technical product at a software company. With proven success in breaking down and solving complex problems.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive the roadmap for managing contributions to pension, health, and administrative funds—including calculation, reporting, and remittance—while also developing scalable tools to enhance our operations team's effectiveness.

  • Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements.

  • Leverage data and work closely with cross-functional leads to prioritize the problems that are most impactful for us to solve.

  • Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.

What you'll have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience working closely with engineering teams on technically-complex products

  • Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization

  • Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas.

  • Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate

  • Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion

  • Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industries

Bonus points:

  • Experience working within labor contracts, legal documents or regulatory requirements to gather requirements for cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience writing SQL

  • Experience using Notion
