The Opportunity - Sales Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of our mid-market and enterprise sales teams. As our Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring implementation of our sales processes, enhancing demo effectiveness, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, analyzing sales calls, coaching sales reps 1:1 and collaborating with various teams to create impactful training materials. If you have a passion for improving sales performance and a strong interest in the entertainment industry, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Training Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs focused on improving sales performance, ensuring they meet the needs of mid-market, enterprise sales teams, product specialists, and the BD team.

  • Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify areas where training can enhance performance and address challenges faced by sales representatives.

  • Training Materials Creation: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create compelling training materials, including videos, case studies, and digital resources.

  • Sales Call Analysis: Review Gong calls and other sales interactions to pinpoint areas for improvement in demos and overall sales techniques.

  • Coaching: Organize and lead 1:1 coaching sessions to assess strengths and areas for improvement, offering actionable feedback to enhance productivity.

  • Impact Measurement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, including tracking improvements in sales performance and achieving revenue targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PMM and SMEs to align training materials with product features and market needs, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.

What You’ll Have:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of improving sales performance and developing effective training programs.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and motivating sales teams.

  • Self-Starter: A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
