The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team. You'll report directly to the head of Marketing and play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B pipeline and hit ambitious revenue targets through innovative ABM strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling demand generation functions in mid- to late-stage tech startups with complex buying motions, to large MM and Enterprise accounts. You should be adept at targeting multiple defined personas within buying units and have experience in both vertical-specific and individual account targeting. Your expertise should include implementing surround-sound approaches that yield measurable results and strong LTV to CAC ratios.

Develop and execute comprehensive, engaging demand generation strategies that align with our business goals and target audience
Lead and mentor a small but mighty team of DG specialists
Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results
Implement and optimize ABM campaigns targeting key accounts and industries
Analyze campaign performance and iterate to maximize pipe creation and movement
Manage and optimize demand generation budget to ensure maximum ROI
To excel in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices, stay current with emerging trends and technologies, and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial to our success.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience
Lead and mentor a high-performing team across multiple channels
Implement and optimize ABM campaigns targeting key accounts and industries
Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results
Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and tactics

Manage and optimize demand generation budget to ensure maximum ROI and strong LTV to CAC ratios
What You’ll Have:
7+ years of strong DG / Growth experience, at least some of which in a demanding high-growth startup, which you enjoyed and excelled at.
3+ years of people management experience - small teams ok.
A passion for driving measurable results and hitting ambitious KPIs while marketing an exciting disruptor for a vertical industry.
Strong desire to own the pipe number to back into revenue goals at a high-growth startup.
Great presentation and dashboard skills to be able to show your measurable results clearly on a regular basis - be able to tell the bigger-picture story along with the numbers.
Tech stack: Salesforce; Marketo or other email automation; 6sense, Demandbase or other buyer-intent platform
